地理位置不錯，在中心地帶。離***和火車站都很近，相對也比較安靜。自助式的checking/out 還是第一次使用。房間也比較乾淨

The area itself is perfect and the hotel is just what we needed. Service was kind, breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
Metro stations and tram are close by, and we could walk around easily. Lot's of restaurants and bars too.

Geen upgrade voor mijn Premium status, losse raam in de kamer. Geen oplossing voor geboden! 2 keer gebeld en naar de receptie geweest... tevergeefs

Ik heb zelden zulk een aangename ontvangst en verwelkoming geweten in een hotel. Om het in trefwoorden op te sommen : uiterst vriendelijk, bekwaam, professioneel, aandacht voor het soort bezoek... en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. We kregen - omdat het onze eerste keer in Amsterdam was - een upgrade om langs de kant van de grachten te overnachten. Heerlijk, dat uitzicht. Ook het ontbijt was dik in orde : veel keuze en verzorgd. Sowieso kiezen we opnieuw voor dit hotel als we nog eens naar Amsterdam komen of in een andere stad. Echt een aanrader!

La location e la struttura, che vede più edifici collegati con molta attenzione al gusto e al designer, si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da piazza Dam o si arriva con una piccola passeggiata dalla Stazione Centrale. Tutt'attorno locali e servizi essenziali compreso un market. Abbiamo riscontrato massima attenzione e cortesia del personale. Velocissimo il check in e il check out. Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata con letto comodissimo, parziale vista sul canale e pulitissima. Colazione con ampia e abbondante scelta tra salato e dolce. Il caffè e il cappuccino ottimi e il personale attento a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. All'interno spazi per qualsiasi esigenza, di lavoro e relax e un bellissimo bar per trascorrere momenti rilassanti dopo una intensa giornata dedicata alle varie attività. Nonostante la posizione strategica il riposo notturno è il relax è assolutamente assicurato. La nostra esperienza in questo eccellente hotel è stata eccezionale. Assolutamente da consigliare!
