The hotel is good and the service is good. The main drawback is the lack of a bathroom in the room. This was not mentioned when booking, so we booked and were surprised upon arrival at the hotel.

The location was prime, we were able to easily get to and from places on foot and transit without a problem. No elevator and stairs are narrow, important info if you have heavier suitcases.
Things looked passable, however friends and I left with bites from bedbugs on our backs, arms, hands, etc. We were also met with various other insects like ants and spiders throughout our stay.

I recently stayed for two nights; overall, it was a positive experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near public transportation and restaurants. I was assigned a room on the third floor, which is lovely, but I would recommend future guests consider their luggage situation, as there is no elevator available.
Upon arrival, I carried my luggage up the steep stairs myself, as the lady receptionist could not assist me. However, I appreciated that the guy receptionist later arranged for a staff to help me with my luggage during checkout. This thoughtful gesture made the departure much smoother. With a few minor improvements, this place could be even better!

The hotel facilities are very average. The king-size bed room is made of two single beds. I often fall asleep in the middle of the night and fall out of the bed. The only advantage is that the hotel is in a good location. There is a small square downstairs and there are many restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay, simple and clean enough. Just note there are 2 flight of stairs and it may be a hassle for travellers with heavy luggage. The service staff was nice to help me with my luggage and I gave a tip as a thank you gesture. :)
