Hotel was perfectly located, only we missed something important and that was peace and quiet. We slept in room 515 and did not sleep a wink. The noise came from the installation above. In the hallway you hear a loud noise every time. Avoid sleeping on the 5th floor.
Staff friendly but no hospitality at all. She asked if everything was to your liking. Indicated that we did not sleep a wink and that was it. No initiative from them.
Great for the location, avoid the 5th floor and then everything is fine. We had the room for a good price but if you pay €100+ I strongly advise against it.

The room is spacious enough. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There are no shopping malls or restaurants around. The nearest stadium is a 20-minute walk. It's a pretty good hotel for business trips.
