The hotel is in an excellent location, and is within walking distance of various attractions. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and a glass of welcome champagne was given on the day of arrival. Located in a hotel next to the canal. The view from the window is pretty good. You can sit there for an entire afternoon.
The room is not big, just right for one person, but I have a lot of luggage, so it would feel crowded if I put two on the floor.
The breakfast is good and has a wide variety.
The location is great, and it takes about ten minutes to walk anywhere.
Sanitation: Very clean. Someone cleaned the room carefully every day during my three-day stay.

We loved the location of the hotel. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the canal. The service was excellent and the staff tried to assist us in any way they could. My coffee bar was not stocked one morning because they were out of creamers and they apologized and made sure I was fully stocked the next day. My only complaint was how small our room was....but we adjusted and enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam!

The hotel has a great location and you can see the canal from the hotel window. It is a long-established five-star hotel with excellent hardware and software.
