Very well appointed hotel and an excellent location for exploring the old part of Amsterdam. Very friendly staff. Overall, a very good stay.

This hotel staff is atrocious especially the check in counter. They are not the service typed of people. With black face and unfriendly very racist. When they see European they smile and when we Asian checked in their altitude changed. Everyone is given a cookie when checked in except we Asians. We were appalled.
The room is small and dark. No toothbrush no cotton buds or slippers even we paid for so much
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks

酒店就在中央車站東500米的地方，交通便利，再走100米，有一個大超市，酒店頂部的酒吧風景很美，一層兩家餐廳的食物也好吃。酒店房間比較新，早飯品質不錯，第二次來，除了小貴，沒毛病。
