Pathetic service. Not for a family it's pathetic and not a basic need provided by them. Just not a proper management by them how to manage their prior customer. There are lots of exclusions that are why they are not maintaining the hospitality.

The hotel is best in services, staff is so good, polite,and helpful. Very beautifully decorated . Most helpful thing is that the hotel is just 2 mins walking distance from the railway station. No need to worry about how to reach the hotel

It is a good hotel, best rooms and good staff. The manager is also a nice person and have a excellent cooking staff. This hotel is in amritsar near railway station. I also ho to this hotel and enjoying marriage, parties etc.

The photos posted on *********** are more than just magic, they are fraudulent. All I did was go into the room and swat to death about a dozen flies, a large spider, and a wasp with the slippers I had brought with me. Also, when I stayed for consecutive nights, there was no changing of towels or making the bed. Furthermore, there are no tissues provided, so you have to make do with the roll of toilet paper given to you at check-in. Naturally, there is no air conditioner or refrigerator. The shower and toilet are completely flat with no partitions, so when you use the shower it gets sticky. It's not at all the level that Japanese people would expect from a three-star hotel, so I don't recommend it to anyone other than backpackers and other challengers.
