This hotel/resort was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival we were asked if we would like a cup of tea, this took half hour for it to be made and send to us. The issues with the room: - The toilet did not flush - The bathroom was not clean - There was no hot water - There was no towels or toiletries in the room - The bedsheets were stained - The TV did not work - The aircon was temperamental There was clearly no management on the day of our stay and the staff running the place were more interested in the game on their phone rather than us. There was a lot of empty promises that were not kept. We had to find the restaurant by ourselves as the staff could not be bothered to take us to it. The food was average. We did not stay for breakfast as we just wanted to be out of the property! I would highly advise and recommend that you do not stay here! The pictures do not live up to the reality staying here. Please avoid!
