For me it's not that bad. The receptionist is very nice. The first check-in room is a room without a window, like being in a coffin. After that, I asked to change rooms, but it seemed like they didn't allow it. So I checked out. They allowed me to get a new room. The new room is better. The air conditioner is cool and clean. But the hot water doesn't work. Should call a repairman before the hotel's reputation gets damaged more. The gap under the door is too wide, so it doesn't block out the sound and smell from other rooms. I recommend finding a door gap cover from Mr diy for a few dollars. I guarantee that the privacy will be increased for sure.
