This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. Repeated many times because the shower pressure is the best but this time I was really disappointed because the shower is really not the best. The water comes out very little to the point of dripping. Maybe the new floor is the problem. Before this, I stayed on the 3rd floor, it was okay.

The hotel advertised on the platform that cancellations are free on the day of stay, but when I followed the application process, the manager rejected it. The room was awful, with yellow stains on the sheets and towels. We booked three nights but checked out after one night. We communicated with the store several times but to no avail. We applied for a refund for the last two nights but it was not refundable.
