1.床嘎吱響的簡直無法睡，都是反饋了攜程才給我換房，客服微信經常裝瞎看不到。
2.新換房間不帶洗衣機，而我下單的房間是帶洗衣機的房，客服裝瞎看不到的。
3.因為床的問題換房我寄存行李到前台，居然還要收五馬幣，説他們沒有寄存服務，真的是大開眼界。
4.上下電梯無限等
klcc附近地段更好的同樣價格都可以入住酒店了，對比下真是天上地下

我們當天晚上到酒店，酒店的工作人員（應該是中國的網上工作人員）提前加我微信建了一個服務羣，交代了注意事項和一些細節，一切都挺好的。但是辦理入住的前台讓我實在是覺得很不禮貌且無語。這一棟樓的酒店應該是有好幾個，但是前台是幾個酒店共用的。一開始我們到了酒店，他們説了一堆聽不懂的英文，我沒有反應過來，他們就嘲笑的笑了幾聲，用了中文，隨後讓我到隔壁櫃枱等待辦理入住。我們在等待過程中他們就一直在用英語交流還是什麼，英語發音非常不標準，就是印度口音的英文，我就岔了一句what?他們立馬慌了，一起停嘴並很尷尬的看着我。實際上我沒太怎麼聽明白他們説什麼，因為發音實在難猜，大概聽出來就是中國人聽不懂嘲笑我們之類的，因為那種嘲笑的笑聲全世界通用！！！很不爽，後面我們辦理好入住後，因為酒店房卡沒有了（我很奇怪為什麼沒有了）衹能每一次上下樓，梯控去找前台，前台又很不耐煩態度很差的不給我們刷卡，直到我們再三解釋，我們辦了入住但是沒有房卡，才不情願的給我們刷。反正就是蠻烏龍的。主要是不能忍受的是對於中國人的嘲笑。又要賺中國人的錢又要明目張膽的這樣嘲笑合適嗎？還有啊，那印度口味的英文有啥引以為傲的，不是我們聽不懂英文是聽不懂印度口音的英文！嘲笑的前台人員就是下圖中的3人。酒店設施和房間還是可以的，廁所通風不好，比較臭，因為趕時間懶得換了。樓頂的泳池不錯。

房間夠大，空調給力，一個房間兩個空調，兩個風扇，靠近雙子塔，走路幾分鐘。去商業中心很方便的。商業中心過去就是阿羅街夜市，麥門。
