Η διαμονή μας σε ένα τρίκλινο δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ ήταν σχετικά καλή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Διέθετε κουζινάκι, καφετιέρα και βραστήρα, όπως και ψυγείο, Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό αλλά καθαρό, με ταχυθερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό, αλλά χωρίς το ντούζ να έχει αρκετή δύναμη και πίεση. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν μαλακό και καθόλου κατάλληλο για ανθρώπους με πόνους στη μέση. Υπήρχε άλλο ένα δωμάτιο διαθέσιμο, σε περίπτωση που επιλέγαμε να μείνουμε για περισσότερες ημέρες, στο δεύτερο όροφο. Δεν το επιλέξαμε...! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως ακατάλληλο για δίκλινο, κατά την άποψή μας πολύ μικρό για να πληρεί τις προϋποθέσεις του ΕΟΤ. Το κατάλυμα δεν είχε ασανσέρ, κάτι που έκανε εξαιρετικά δύσκολη την πρόσβαση σε επισκέπτες με 2 μεγάλες βαλίτσες αποσκευών, 2 μικρότερες "καμπινας" και 2 σακίδια πλάτης (για διαμονή άνω των 10 ημερών) . Επίσης στην τιμή δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν πρωϊνό. Αυτό όμως που μας έκανε τη μεγαλύτερη εντύπωση, ήταν ότι είτε μέναμε 1 νύχτα, είτε μέναμε 15 νύχτες, έπρεπε να εξοφλήσουμε όλο το ποσόν της διαμονής μας κατά την άφιξή μας, ενώ ο νόμος αναφέρει ότι ο επισκέπτης οφείλει να δίνει προκαταβολή το 25% της διαμονής του και ο λογαριασμός να τακτοποιείται κατά την αναχώρηση. Ως τοποθεσία, είχε το πλεονέκτημα να είναι ακριβώς επάνω στη θάλασσα, με εστιατόριο και ξαπλώστρες, που όμως δεν φρόντιζαν να έχουν πάντα διαθέσιμες για τους πελάτες τους (διότι προσφέρονταν και σε άλλους επισκέπτες που επέλεγαν να έρθουν στην παραλία και να χρησιμοποιήσουν τις υπηρεσίες του εστιατορίου κατά την διάρκεια του μπάνιου τους.

Non bastano le parole per raccontare questa favolosa, divertente e rilassante settimana in questo bell'hotel posizionato sulla spiaggia. Camera con bel balcone vista mare, ottima pulizia, dormire con il suono delle onde del mare non ha prezzo, materasso molto confortevole, una colazione molto fresca dolce e salata, la più genuina che abbia mai provato in tutti gli hotel del mondo in cui sono stato, altro che gli hotel 4 5 stelle che non hanno prodottifreschi. Questa colazione è a km 0.. Grazie alla simpatica Katerina, molto attenta in ogni aspetto della colazione. Questo hotel è casa e bottega, scendi e hai un bar ristorante sulla spiaggia meraviglioso con un cibo eccezionale; ringrazio i ragazzi gentili che ci lavorano Petros, Daniela, Nicole e Georgios. Spiaggia gratuita, prendendo anche solo una bibita. Nella strada principale, a pochi passi dall'hotel, vi sono tante taverne greche, supermarket, negozi, agenzie di viaggio che organizzano le escursioni a Santorini e in tutta l'isola. Poi che dire della proprietaria Maria, un'ottima padrona di casa, una persona fantastica, gentile, simpatica, attenta a tutte le esigenze dei suoi ospiti, veramente rara. Kom al voor de 4 e keer op deze mooie lokatie aan het strand. De familie Troulis en de dames van het ontbijt zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze hebben daarom ook heel veel vaste gasten dus dat zegt wel wat. Kamer schoon en ruim, winkels en bus op hele korte afstand en iedere dag een glimlach van Maria... Volgend jaar ben ik er zeker weer.

They change the bed sheets once in a week as "this is not a hotel" the owner said. No soap, no shower gel no cleaning.The bed is not comfortable at all. The air con is not working. The only good thing is close to the beach. I will never go back again to this . Rude staff. Fridge bad smell.

I really have no words to describe, they were very small, the rooms were not clean enough. The air conditioning hardly worked. We didn't sleep well at all at night and luckily it was only one night, the beds were creaking! The only positive thing about the hotel is that it was in front of the sea, nothing else!

The Troulis Apartments are family owned and managed. The Troulis family is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great but they've gone to solar power for heating the water. The water never gets really hot but it's bearable. The restaurant, "Waves" is better than last year but still not my first choice for dining on the island.

A lovely beachside hotel. The rooms are clean and bright. Maria is friendly and kind, as is everyone in the neighbourhood. You can eat breakfast for an additional 8 euros each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance from many shops and restaurants.
