Séjour de 3 jours à la découverte d'Amorgos !
Dés notre réservation, l'hôtel a pris contact avec nous pour préparer notre séjour. C'était super !
A notre arrivée, un grand merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel Vigla pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !
Nous avons eu de précieux conseils pour visiter l'île d'Amorgos. Et nous avons eu une aide vraiment efficace pour régler un souci de bateau annulé : encore merci pour la gestion de cet évènement !
L'hôtel est situé à une quarantaine de minutes de route du port de Katapola et se trouve dans le charmant village de Tholaria.
La chambre est propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Un balcon offre une superbe vue sur la nature !
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec un choix varié et le marbré fait maison était top !!!
L'hôtel propose un service de restauration où nous avons pu apprécier les bons petits plats de la maman de la propriétaire !
Une sensation d'être "comme à la maison" , un esprit "pension de famille" très convivial !
Le jour du départ, nous avons eu un petit déjeuner à emporter qui était top !!!
Bref ... une belle découverte ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Beautiful hotel, location, and family.
Beautiful property just above the small port of Aegali. This is a family owned business, and I would absolutely recommend this to anybody. The location is perfect, right at the beginning of one of the good hiking paths which also linked to other ones. The food is great, service is great, and they are very helpful in whatever you need. Also a great view. They are also a certified hikers hotel, so whatever you need they have it available. They recommended this place for my parents coming over the summer, and they will also be staying here. I will definitely return when I come back to Amorgos!

Tranquil Amorgos
What a lovely, relaxed and easy going place at the top of hill above Aegalis in Tholaria. It feels like a family run business with excellent breakfast choice and variation each day. The rooms were just right, not large, but had space for everything and to be able to do things ( like making your tea and coffee in the morning). The shower was a bit small and the a/c takes a little to figure out (everything needs to be shut tight for it to come on). The blue door shades could use some WD40 and rust protection. But you’re in Amorgos and you only slowly realise how relaxed you are becoming and pleasant and friendly are the people. It’s a popular village so parking in the evening can be difficult, you might need to park down the hill and walk up but it’s no problem. Overall we loved it, would go back in a heartbeat.

Coup de cœur.
Excellent accueil, hotel familial, personnel disponible, avenant, soucieux de notre confort et prend le temps d'indiquer les sites a visiter. Chambre belle vue, jolie déco et tout confort, thé,café, frigo,clim, terrasse et propreté impeccable. Petit dej excellent et variés ainsi que le resto,on s'est régalé et prix abordable.
Coup de cœur pour cet hôtel et l'ile d'Amorgos.

Das familiengeführte Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Suite ist sehr groß und optimal eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar ein Ankleidezimmer. Die Teestation und Nespresso-Maschine haben wir gerne genutzt. 2 Terrassen und der tolle Ausblick auf das Meer von Amorgos - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Hausgemachte ! Marmelade und verschiedene Eierspeisen. Es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen Dank Poppy. Direkt vom Hotel aus führen Wanderwege in die Berge und auch zum Strand. ( Wanderschuhe empfohlen. ) Vielen Dank Despina, ihr habt uns eine wunderschöne Zeit in Tholaria geschenkt.

La chambre est très confortable et cosy. On propose même la brosse à dent ! L'hôtel est excentré dans la montagne...la voiture est indispensable ! En octobre 35€/jour. par contre nous déconseillons l'utilisation de la navette de l'hôtel pour faire la randonnée du presbytère..40€/couple c'est exagéré ! Nous avons partagé notre van avec un autre couple ...aucune réduction ! Je pense qu' il est préférable de prendre un taxi !. .c'est une très belle randonnée qui est facile ...longue mais sans dénivelé ! Par contre l'hôtel a réservé pour nous un arrêt chez maria pour manger le midi ..c'est très bon !.super ! 14 chats pour nous accompagner ! Amorgos en octobre il faut aimer la tranquillité et le vent. Mais c'est magnifique !!! attention à la traversée en bateau pour aller a Amorgos elle est houleuse voir nauséeuse ! surtout avec la petite navette ! Avec le star blue pas de problème !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme . L accueil est adorable , jolies chambres rénovées très fonctionnelles et joliment décorées, petite terrasse bien appréciable . Propreté irréprochable Petit déjeuner qualitatif , varié Hôtel situé au cœur d un petit village charmant , tout près de agiali. L établissement est à l image de l ile , un vrai havre de paix.
