Nice hotel, good breakfast. Location, close to the highway but away from points of interest in the city of Leiria.

Boa experiência desde o quarto, ao óptimo e variado pequeno almoço, ao spa - circuito das águas (piscina agua quente com sal-jacúzi-banho turco-sauna-hidromassagem) até ao restaurante com uma refeição bem confecionada. Recomendo !!!

Precisávamos de una dias de descanso optamos por este Hotel uma vez que dispunha dos serviços que pretendíamos. Foi uma agradável surpresa. O Spa muito bom e aconchegante com a possibilidade de tomar um chá no final do circuito. Os quartos bastante espaçosos e agradáveis (tínhamos uma cama extra). Os espaços exteriores bem cuidados e limpos. O restaurante super agradável e com pratos muito saborosos, nada caro ao nível qualidade/preço. Os funcionários bastante simpáticos e prestáveis. Correu tudo bem e excedeu as expetativas. Recomendo

Assolutamente non un 4 stelle. Stanza spaziosa ma poco curata e con un paio di perle da ricordare tipo la muffa nella doccia, il muro con umidità e la fragranza di fragola fortissima (ad alcuni può piacere ad altri no quindi a mio avviso è da evitare). Rubinetteria tua sporca di calcare Wi-Fi pessimo Colazione ricca per quel che riguarda il dolce anche se gli stessi sono stati riproposti nei 3 giorni e alla fine erano un po’ secchi. Impossibile avere uno yogurt il primo giorno, poi sono arrivati dal seguente. Boccione dell’acqua esaurito e mai sostituito nei 3 giorni Caffè e cappuccini da macchinetta con miscela liofilizzata ( per me inaccettabile in un 4 stelle) e chiaramente imbevibili. L’ho scelto perché, pur essendo in mezzo al nulla di fianco ad autostrada e ferrovia, pensavo avrebbero compensato con un servizio e una camera impeccabile. Errore mio Peccato perché il potenziale c’è.

I booked a 1-night stay through Odisseias, including a SPA for my husband and me. Regarding the SPA, we really liked the dark environment, a very positive point for us, as well as the relaxing ambient music. The pool temperature was quite good, as well as the sauna and Turkish bath. The sensory shower was nothing more than cold water, it fell short of our expectations. The shower next to the sauna also had cold water and little water came out. We really liked breakfast, with a good variety. The orange juice could be natural, as it was orange with joi. The room also fell short of our expectations, as despite being very clean, the furniture was of poor quality and the hot tub was not worth it, a bit weak for a 4-star hotel. However, overall it was a good experience.

I was there in October 2023, through a reservation via Booking. I gave it a good rating at the time because the room was really great, both in terms of cleanliness, space and furniture. In April 2024, I went through Odisseias and the experience was bad. The room was very small compared to the previous one where I stayed in October 2023. As soon as I opened the bed, I found hair and a blood stain on the mattress pad. After reporting the situation, another room was allocated, a little larger than the first, but of a much lower quality than in October 2023. The bed was already in good condition, but other unpleasant issues continued, such as the bathtub tap with limescale stains. visible, mini bar with damaged door and deafening noise, damaged drywall, poorly placed fire alarm device, among others that can be seen in the photographs. I left a day earlier than expected (I was staying 2 nights), informing the reception that an unforeseen event had arisen, having received an unpleasant response that "as it was also through a voucher there was no problem regarding losses" (when I didn't even question the possibility of recovering any amount). I will not come back.

A terrible experience that was supposed to be a romantic and relaxing morning for a nightmare. Carnival day with rain, we decided on a morning for two at the Lisotel SPA, complete with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and sensory shower (there is a hot tub but it is not indicated and was not photographed) We proceeded to make a reservation at 10 at 12pm and we arrived at the hotel 5 minutes before 10am. We paid 25 euros per person as it was a public holiday. As soon as we arrived at the SPA, properly prepared to start, we found that the sauna was cold, the Turkish bath was cold, the hot tub was turned off and the water in the pool was cold. We called the person in charge and began trying to put the equipment into operation. The hot tub worked once (15 minutes) and the water did not exceed 29 degrees and from then on it never worked again. The sauna, at great cost, and after 1 hour, after speaking several times with the maintenance technician, it began to fulfill its function but the temperature was never adequate. The Turkish bath was never at the height of a real Turkish bath, it was always turning off and it cooled down quickly. Please note that the steam escaping near your feet caused a burn. The sensory bath is nothing more than a cold water shower. The environment was unpleasant due to the inadequate ambient temperature. The only thing that worked was the hot water shower next to the sauna. I won't forget that feeling of excess chlorine in the pool that caused burning eyes and throat that started when the maintenance technician arrived.
