Enzo Hôtels Diane - Logis Amnéville

Very happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

The hotel is not too bad, but the service is shockingly bad!!!! The hotel is out of town in the forest, and yet there is no hotel parking. The only parking available is a public parking in a blue zone nearby, where one has to change the disc every 3 hours during the day. The police is giving fines regularly. Then the bad turns to worse when we heard the pool was closed despite being heavily advertised on the site. And finally the room itself. There was a terrasse which was filthy, one could not seat on the chairs as they were so dirty. We ask to have them cleaned at reception, they said yes, but nothing ever happened. There was a full ashtray not emptied for 3 days. And then the soap distributor in the shower was empty when we arrived, we had to ask again to have it filled. In the meantime, the sop distributor for the sink run out and nobody thought of doing something about it. And then, there was the light on the mirror. Out of 3, only 2 worked, we mentioned it, but nobody ever came. The staff at reception told us that the hotel was great until it got bought by Enzo group and since then it completely fell appart. The receptionist told me he got abused every day by unhappy customers.
