I arrived in the early hours of the morning, the day before my GAdventure tour, and my driver (private transfer booked before arrival) and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in the tower building with a huge double bed overlooking the pool area. Basic but comfortable room. Powerful shower. 2 free bottles of water a day. TV did not work but it didn't bother me. Fantastic air conditioning! WiFi touch and go. I completely lost it in the lobby and had to constantly log back in. Everything was nice and clean but slightly dated. Out the front is a seating area (smoking area) one side and an American style bar on the other side selling alcohol and food. Very nice. There is a small supermarket just up the road but be careful as the paths/roads are unlevel, steep and broken etc., Nothing else within walking distance I was told. Very busy road as there is a school opposite hotel. The chaos makes quite enjoyable viewing to be honest. The pool is small but adequate. However, at 2pm ish the sun is blocked by the building. Breakfast is an event. Bread and cakes at one end of the room. Lukewarm food down the centre. A mix of jams and spreads on the other end and an omelet/pancake station to the side. Last day of my trip we returned to this hotel for one night. This time my room was in the main building over looking the lobby. 2 x single beds, much the same as previous room but much, much noisier. Staff were lovely and friendly.
