Old facilities. Breakfast is simple. Very few people stay. The boss is pretty nice.

The average reception, roommate with cockroaches, bad smell, 3 days without breakfast, a lot of noise and music at night because of the nightclubs around, windows not insulated and do not close, very long elevator, no service transport or tourism.

The Hotel and restaurant are above the 3 stars. Everithing is clean and shiny. Attention to art and stilized tradition can be observed with furniture and decorations. All the arm chairs and couches are confortable. The bed is exceptional, with all cloth and perfect pilows. The breakfast is various, including cooked meals. For dinner, I had very good beef. Last, but not list, all personell, including top management, were specially kind. Arangements for turistic trips all over the region and flights can be easily done from Liwan Hotel.

The hotel’s location is perfect you wil lfind everything near you for example its very near to a mall, a pharmacy and there’s so many restaurants and shops around the area. Also the employees there were very nice and helpful for example Esraa and adham and the food was really good you had different options for breakfast also the cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10 and the beds were comfortable

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the food in the hotel is delicious, the areas surrounding the hotel is perfect because you have the mall beside you, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. I recommend this hotel in Amman. Hence: Amman citadel and the most visited tourist places in Amman were 15 mins away from the hotel
