Better than expected, average facilities, good service. There is a kettle, two large buckets of mineral water, and timely cleaning, which is very thoughtful.

Hôtel situé à l’extérieur du centre d’Amman. Il faut compter 20 minutes pour aller à dowtown et approximativement 10 JD pour y aller. Excellent petit déjeuner et très belle chambre confortable. Le service est très bien. Le gros bémol est que la piscine n’est plus accessible après +- 17:00. Ainsi, nous n’avons pas pu profiter une seule fois de la piscine après la journée de visite.

Me tocó la habitación 323 y la ducha tenía todos los bordes sucios. En dos días que estuve no pasó el servicio de limpieza y tuve que bajar dos veces a recepción a reclamar. Buffet muy pobre, camareros agradables, sin embargo hay alguno que se pasa de pesado, agobiaban un poco al género femenino. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

el personal es muy desatento, te quedas esperando una respuesta o algún servicio y se ponen a hacer otras cosas. Pésimo el servicio. La habitación super mal, muy descuidada y con cosas dañadas. el desayuno es lo mismo cada dia y si se acaba no te dan mas opciones. No lo recomiendo

A nossa experiência não foi legal . Geladeira não funciona , cofre não funciona, ar condicionado não funciona precisei dormir com janela aberta , secador funciona menos de 1 minuto , chuveiro quebrado só funcionava a ducha de mão , piscina fecha as17 hs no horário que se chega dos passeios .

1. Asked for an iron was told no hotel in amaan has irons 2. Bin was filthy and the linen had patches of a liquid 3. No room service we landed late and asked for the kitchen he bluntly put us through to which we were told sorry no food. Disappointed.

Één van de slechtste hotels waar ik ooit geslapen heb. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels, maar doet ook geen moeite om je te begrijpen. Personeel in de bar zit hele dag op een krukje achter de bar te roken en op telefoon naar videootjes te kijken, komen geen bestelling opnemen en lijken wel geïrriteerd als je iets wilt bestellen. Ik vind het geen probleem dat ze geen alcohol schenken, maar ze zijn ronduit chagrijnig. Op de kamer van mijn zoon werden de vuile handdoeken wel meegenomen maar geen nieuwe teruggelegd. De ramen zijn smerig, de douche is zwaar verouderd en (wie bedenkt het) het hout naast de douche deur is weggerot. Ook in de ontbijtzaal snappen ze er niets van. De eerste avond bij aankomst hebben we er gedineerd. Eten was niet slecht, maar toen we iets te drinken bestelde keek men verbaasd en drukte ons op ons hart dat we dit ook moesten betalen (???), dat lijkt me ook logisch(!!!j. De eerste 2 nachten waren er feesten op de 5de verdieping (o.a. een bruiloft, wel grappig om te zien bij binnenkomst). De feesten duurde tot iets voor 24:00 uur en waren goed hoorbaar op onze kamers op de 2de verdieping. Om eerlijk te zijn zou ik dit hotel de gemiddelde Europese bezoeker niet aanbevelen

Sehr unpraktisch, weit weg vom Stadtzentrum. Nicht zu empfehlen. In beiden Zimmern waren die Duschkabinen schmutzig, die Duschwände mit Seifenresten verschmiert, die Dichtungen der Duschtüren lose, in den Türschienen lag Schmutz und Schimmel. Die Hygienedusche war schmutzig und funktionierte in beiden Zimmern nicht. Das Licht im Zimmer ist so spärlich, dass man nicht lesen kann. Auch im Restaurant ist es schmuddelig. Das Personal in der Rezeption ist weder kompetent noch hilfsbereit.
