The hotel rooms are in an advanced state of decay, with the paper wall peeling off in every room. My room looked like a crazy party had taken place there, with wood panels scratched and the walls and plastics in the room sprayed with some liquid that could not be removed by the cleaners. Every bit of furniture in the room was either damaged or scratched, and the room and all hotel smells of cigarette smoke. Daily cleaner forgot to put a water bottle one day, the next day forgot to put the shower towel. When I arrived at the airport there was no hotel shuttle although I emailed them three times days before arriving. I took an Uber and when I got to the hotel the reception said the shuttle was at the airport for me. No confirmation, no sign so how could I have known? I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel looks very nice, but the service is very pot. We had 3 people in our room but they would only allow two coffee cups and only allow an allowance of one bottle of water. I have vertigo so I requested a plastic chair for the shower. Sorry would not provide.

Olive tree hotel, amman. Very bad service, room service cleaning bath towel taken and not replaced. Called housekeeping, reception and concierge no response.

Hotel a little decentralized and not convenient for the center of Amman, a little dated appearance, with spacious and comfortable rooms, the bathroom does not have any support when you are in the shower. The quality of sleep is good and the service in the hall is very helpful, the buffet is a little lacking in doses and you often find yourself having to deal with what's left, breakfast is the result of the night before. There were more than one blackout and none of the emergency lights worked in the stairwells, resulting in somewhat difficult situations in case of danger. I would say that there is room for improvement, especially in the dining room and kitchen staff.

The photos on Booking Sites do not match the condition of the rooms. Bell boy is very aggressive, it is all about the tips, and also has a master key for the rooms. opened my room for another guest, who was looking for me, without my consent or me being in the room. The dinner is the same items every day. breakfast is closed off around 8 am should you go after that time you have to ask for breakfast and the breakfast staff is not friendly. The front desk has some polite staff. The hotel is situated in an isolated area. Will not stay there again.

Never ever…. This is not worth a 4stars hotel maybe a two stars … so disappointed. I booked for three but I left after one night. I paid 85JOD (120$) for a night and it doesn’t worth at all. The hotel looks very fancy on the front but the room is old and #smelling bad with a lot of cracks everywhere. Breakfast is very bad and I asked for eggs at 8.20AM but they did not have. No fruits, no expresso only what you see on the picture. I do not recommended at all….

It was me second stay in this hotel, every thing was clean ,the rooms were perfect, the employees were so helpful, they helped with some private problems.Thanks to all of them, for sure i will be back .

It is considered one of the best hotels, five stars. Classy treatment. Very nice reception. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The terrace is very beautiful and has a beautiful view of the most beautiful areas of Amman. It provides all the requirements that the visitor needs. Very convenient location. Very special service. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable and the food is very excellent. Thank you to all the hotel staff

The check in was very smooth and pleasant employees. The room was very clean, tidy, and space wise above average city hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, smiling, and pleasant.
