7 Days Hotel

We had a booking with Edreams and *******, had a cooking reference number and a reference number for our accomodating, together with the name and the hotel address. When we arrived they said they didn’t speak any English and that I had no booking. There were two men at the reception who told us in broken English that as we had no booking , the best thing is to pay and stay with them. I insisted that. Had already paid and why should I pay more. They told me I couldn’t stay in the lobby as I had no booking, best option was to pay. I insisted even more and after several phone calls to edreams my son had to get involved as all the credit on my card was finished. In the. Meantime they were pointing at us making jokes and laughing, I was literally ill from stress and had to Diazrpan. My husband has all sorts of issues and recently had a minor stroke. The poor man was overwhelmed. Edreams tried to speak to the,, I saw the phone calls and they kept hanging up. At the end my travel companies and my son made other arrangements. At a really nice hotel, The Liwan. Do not go to this place, 7 days hotel, they are scammers and the worse on earth! They make a joke of Jordan and its people!
