Good location, clean and extremely friendly staff. Very good service 24 hourly.
The room windows are not sound proof making the noise of the cars passing by so loud.

Everything in the hotel was clean, but the Hotel is directly on the highway which is a little bit disturbing, Food was good during breakfast and the hotel staff is gentle
The rooms had water, tea and towels only.
Bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo with you

Hotel is in good place Stuff were super kind I family room but they offered suite free with no charge But some of the inside rooms needs to be updated Windows for childrens room must be closed as it is dangerous Thanks you and hope to come back soon

I did not stay in this hotel but booked it for my teenager niece. I saw it advertised on *********** and it said "Breakfast Included". When my niece checked in, she was told by reception to make sure to have her breakfast as it was included in the reservation. The following morning my niece went and had breakfast and she was asked to pay for it. I messaged the hotel on 4 different occasions regarding this matter but no one bothered to reply. I even send them a copy of their advertisement. I contacted *********** who told me that breakfast was not included as per the small print despite the fact it said "Breakfast Included". They also said that breakfast is an option for extra charge. As far as I the customer is concerned, If the advert says "Breakfast is available" or its an "option" instead of "Included" then I would have known that I had to pay extra for it if I wanted it. This is misleading and false advertising by the hotel and unfortunately *********** seems to be OK with it. I have lost faith in the hotel and ***********.
