酒店在市中心？位置不錯的。我是看中位置去的。心想藝術酒店應該有藝術范吧！失望至極。晚上一直有動動的聲音。無法睡覺。早餐是最差了，而且有很大的音樂聲音。讓你無法安靜的吃一個早飯。價格偏貴。千萬不要去訂這個酒店的房間。會讓你失望至極。

Yes, very good location in downtown area. Everything else is poor to terrible. Hot water takes 5- 10 minutes to arrive through pipes. All else is in major need of renovation. Claim on website that this is a 'new' hotel is designed to mislead. I really question where the 5 star ratings are coming from!

I stayed here twice in my stay in Jordan. It is central to everything in Amman, food places, shops, the museum, amphitheatre etc everything is near. The rooms are comfortable enough, shower works and is powerful with hot water. The reception area was clean. Breakfast is standard for the country, cucumber pitta hummus etc. Delivered to your room for you on a tray. When I arrived late at 2am, my room wasn't cleaned properly and had no sheets on the bed. I was so tired and couldn't find anyone to ask at reception I slept in my sleeping bag for the night and changed rooms the next day. This room was much better. It does the job but Amman is noisy so you will get woken up by the beeping cars outside! Use the lift not the stairs... the stairs are construction sites!

Ho dato 1 come voto solo perché il letto era comodo. Il resto pessimo per gli standard europei. Il posto è centrale ed è comodo girare per la città. Non lo consiglio assolutamente per tutto il resto. Molto molto molto rumoroso di giorno e di notte, molto sporco, datato e vecchio. Non ci sono le prese di corrente in bagno . Le ragazze della reception non hanno risolto i nostri piccoli problemi, hanno solo finto di provarci ( avevamo bisogno di un phon )

Nous sommes resté 3 jours dans cette hôtel et c’est à déconseiller, couloir lugubre, ascenseur très lent, ça sent fort le moisi et la cigarette, pas bonne serrure et personne désagréable, hôtel très sale, les serveurs se sont assis pour manger à leurs restaurants alors qu’on devait être servi… C’est un hôtel à éviter !

I loved the location. First room had a sewer smell, thus I asked to be changed to a different room which worked just fine. I stayed over 25 days here, and I chose a room facing the Main Street which was noisy, but I wanted to live the experience. Breakfast was ok, but if they don’t have enough guests, no buffet and you will get a plate of their choice. They lack the experience when it comes to American coffee!!! Loved the staff at the restaurant and the front desk, but they have a so “called manager” who greatly lacks the hospitality experience, so don’t expect them to receive anything and hold it on your behalf. I had to cancel appointments and be tardy to events due to this unavailable service. I had to wait for my laundry to be delivered as they will not do that on my behalf, and I had to wait for packages to be delivered due to the fact that they will not provide this simple kind of hospitality. This is the main reason for gave them one star, but If you don’t mind this last point, then it is the hotel for you.

Good hotel in good location, i hope to go again to this hotel. friendly staff and clean , they have four floor restaurant that I eat in it , the menu is diverse and good tasty . the price for every thing is fair .

ダウンタウンの中心にあり、場所だけはいいですが、それ以外にいいところはありません。私は3泊して掃除は一度も入りませんでした。部屋に戻って掃除がされていないと過 苦情を言ってものらりくらり。結果3泊ともタオルを替えてもらい、トイレットペーパーの補充をしてもらうだけでした。シャワーはありますがお湯は出ません。アンマンのの夜はわりと涼しいので水シャワーは厳しいです。そして気になるコバエたち。コストパフォーマンスはいいとは言えません。同じ値段でもっと清潔なホテルはたくさんあります。

The location of this hotel is convenient for shopping and walking to local attractions but unfortunately, that is the only good thing that I can say about it. It is dirty, the halls are dark and dreary and felt dangerous at night time. My door did not have an extra security lock and the peephole was blocked so that you could not see who was knocking. The towel (they only give you one towel per room) was grey and hard from wear and tear and felt dirty. The lobby is very dark and loaded with old dirty furniture. There is no place to sit and connect with fellow travelers. You must walk past shops to get into the lobby so it is difficult to find, look for the small sign on front of building between the shops if you must stay here. By far the worst hotel that I stayed in while in Jordan. If you can, stay elsewhere.
