The room smells bad, the air quality from AC is terrible. There was 1 set of bad smelling towels in a twin room, i locked the room when i was inside and one of the hotel staff opened like there was no one, he apologised though thankfully my wife was in the bathroom.
The staff was nice and location is decent close to the airport bus drop off location.
Not sure if that cleanliness was their regular, but i definitely wouldn’t risk staying there again.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center and is close to all services. Breakfast is a buffet, but the menu is the same every day. The cleanliness is good. The reception staff are polite and helpful. There is a parking service. The room is cleaned daily.

The hotel is average in terms of cleanliness and services. I thank the receptionist in the morning, he is helpful and cheerful. There is a coffee shop for the public on the ground floor that opens in the evening for hotel visitors and those outside the hotel, which is annoying for families. The quality of services depends on the type of room chosen. I chose a room for $40. There was no coffee or tea in it, not even one towel. Its location is good, close to the Suwaifiyah markets and Galleria Mall.
