St Regis is one of the best hotels in Amman , very clean and very modern , food was super good

I checked in with my family, and the hotel did not disappoint. As you can guess, this is a very luxurious hotel, and it certainly lived up to its name. The room: Very comfortable and spacious, and very clean. The beds are super comfortable, and nice natural light comes in when needed. As for the bathroom, there is a separate bathtub and separate shower. The lighting is excellent in it as well. There are lots of amenities, so you are covered. The only issue was that while the hotel provides a kettle and a espresso machine, their cords are very short, so you will have to move them and use them in another corner. The pool: Its not the biggest pool, but that’s a bad thing. It’s cozy and 1.25 m deep. There are nice gazebos for some privacy. They even provide suntan lotion/oil. The service is excellent, and thanks to NourEddin and Mahmoud for making sure we got what we needed and more. The breakfast: Oh wow, what a breakfast! There is a wide variety of both Western and oriental choices that will overwhelm you. It caters to all tastes, and you will be more than satisfied. There is hot and cold foods and fresh juices. Do not skip breakfast! Overall, we enjoyed the stay so much that my son asked if we could live in the hotel forever! Planning on staying there again in the near future and highly recommend it.

During our recent visit to Jordan, I stayed at the St. Regis Amman, where, on the second morning, my wife experienced a serious and unexpected health situation at the Mercado Restaurant. The professionalism and care demonstrated by the hotel staff during this distressing time were remarkable by all standards. Several members from different departments promptly took action, responding with efficiency and compassion. They immediately brought the necessary emergency equipment and arranged our transportation to a nearby hospital. Upon our return from the hospital several hours later, we were deeply moved by the thoughtful gestures from various departments. Thamer and Waleed from security, who were especially prompt in their actions from the beginning, later touched our hearts with the unexpected gesture of a good wishes card and a plate of fruit and juice that we found in our room. The front desk team, led by Faisal, was very kind by allowing our daughter to stay with us in the room to take care of her mother and provided an extra bed and amenities for her. The team at Mercado Restaurant, led by the manager Faris, not only handled the emergency with the utmost professionalism but kindly waived the breakfast fee for our daughter during her stay. Special appreciation to Mosaab at the restaurant, who immediately took action as soon as he realized my wife was not feeling well. The inquiries by many hotel staff members about my wife's health on an almost daily basis were very heartwarming. These acts of kindness made a significant difference during a time that was full of stress. It meant so much to our family to know that we were in caring hands. Words are not enough to express how deeply grateful we are for the outstanding service and compassion shown by the entire St. Regis Amman team. Thank you for your great support during the challenges we faced. Lastly, as a healthcare executive, I am immensely impressed with the hotel's exceptional readiness in providing all the necessary equipment, including a blood pressure monitor, AED device, a wheelchair, and transportation to the hospital emergency room. Thank you.

I really appreciate all the staff of Tamara restaurant especially Nour Aldin , nadine & abu Aisha Thank you St. Regis for taking care of me, thank you Safi, I really love all of them This has truly become my second home. the location is perfect, the bed very comfortable, the spaces very nice, clean but i dnt like the smell in elevator they habe to working on it ,

We were celebrating our wedding night. It was nice of the hotel to add some balloons, chocolates and flowers. The property is fairly new, but doesn’t feel like it in some instances.
