The room I stayed was clean enough, but I can't use the shower head and had to scoot down for the faucet to take a shower. The room definitely needs upgraded. The restaurant looks very clean and offered a variety of food for breakfast (complimentary) and dinner. Major credit cards are accepted ar the hotel. The hotel's front desk personnel and kitchen staff was excellent!

I am in the hotel right now, it's freezing outside in amman and it's more freezing in the room . The Air condition is not working. The reception is not answering the phone. Also the room is old and not so clean . I don't advise anyone to stay in this hotel .

Great hotel
The hotel was very good. It was modern, clean and the breakfast was very good. Free parking was also provided. The only issue,especially if you need transportation ,was the area is very upscale and has many embassies in the area. This could be positive or negative depending on what you're looking for. If youre looking to see the souk then this area is not for you.

Location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Excellent service. My stay included dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent. Dinner was a fixed menu with a nice selection - I had the fried fish with rice. Breakfast was a buffet with many options. I recommend highly!

We stayed for a couple of days and the service was amazing! They fixed everything we needed, so that we were able to go and see both Wadi Rum and Petra. Big shout out to Osama! Incredible service. They opened the pool area for us and were very flexible arranging taxis.

The hotel was great, clean and accomodating. The staff was great, especially Osama. He helped us so much getting around to all the places we wanted to see for a very good price - and he was warm and welcoming doing so! We got to see Wadi Rum, Petra and the Dead Sea without any issues because of him!

Amman west was the best Hotel i have stayed at in Amman. The staff treated us very well and the hotel was very clean. Osama was one of the nicest hosts. He helped us to book a driver to wadi rum and Petra and Dead Sea without any notice before and he got us an excellent price. The breakfast here was also very good and we were also allowed to use the pool even though it was off season. All over I had an amazing time in Jordan thanks to the great hospitality at this hotel. Thankyou Amman west.
