We stayed for a couple of days and the service was amazing! They fixed everything we needed, so that we were able to go and see both Wadi Rum and Petra. Big shout out to Osama! Incredible service. They opened the pool area for us and were very flexible arranging taxis.

The hotel was great, clean and accomodating. The staff was great, especially Osama. He helped us so much getting around to all the places we wanted to see for a very good price - and he was warm and welcoming doing so! We got to see Wadi Rum, Petra and the Dead Sea without any issues because of him!

Amman west was the best Hotel i have stayed at in Amman. The staff treated us very well and the hotel was very clean. Osama was one of the nicest hosts. He helped us to book a driver to wadi rum and Petra and Dead Sea without any notice before and he got us an excellent price. The breakfast here was also very good and we were also allowed to use the pool even though it was off season. All over I had an amazing time in Jordan thanks to the great hospitality at this hotel. Établissement à fuir. Odeur infecte, sale, zéro service et pdj infecte. Séjour de trois nuits ds le cadre d’un tour de Jordanie donc nous n’avions pas choisi cet hôtel personnellement mais c’est une honte d’y loger des touristes car ça dégrade l’image du pays. Zéro étoile pour cet établissement

Non è male. Teniamo conto che è un 4 stelle. Cena e colazione scarse. Si può fare certamente di meglio. Macchina del caffè sempre o quasi non funzionante. Croissant duri. Manca la crema al cioccolato spalmabile tipo Nutella. Però Consierge e personale gentilissimi e molto attenti. Posto ben curato e pulito. Sempre disponibili.

We had two nights booked into this '4 star' hotel at the end of our Jordan tour. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant. We arrived at 3:50pm and did not get our room keys until 5pm, and arriving at our room there were still 3 staff in it cleaning - well I presume that was what they were supposed to be doing - but we found out that it wasn't very well done. The sheets were 'bobbled' and 'off white' in colour - not by design. The towels were not meant for adults as they were so small. They were old and curled up at the edges. These were also off white, and several were actually dirty. There was dust everywhere, watermarks on the ceiling and the bathroom just looked old and dirty, with a toilet cover that did not stay up which made it awkward sitting on the loo. When I moved the bedside cabinet to plug something in there was dust, fluff and someone's old sweet wrappers. Not impressed. The stairway to go downstairs was filthy, the white doors were black where people had pushed them, fine in a staff are but not where the paying public are using. From our room at night we could hear doors banging where other guests were in and out. Not a pleasant experience, We cut short our visit and moved hotels.

Tappa per più notti di un tour organizzato. Camera con problemi al bagno, non caricava la vaschetta del water. Sistemato, ma non in via definitiva. Camera molto spaziosa, ma nulla di che. Colazione molto scadente. Capisco non ci fossero molti turisti, ma quei pochi andrebbero comunque trattati meglio. Idem la cena, assolutamente scadente. Da migliorare tutta la parte food.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne. Par contre cethôtel reçoit des sahoudiens qui viennent pour faire la fête, boire et amener des filles. Impossible de dormir pendant 2 nuits avant d'être changés de chambre la 3ème nuit. Au niveau de la nourriture ce n'est pas terrible, nous avons été malades dès le 2ème jour de notre arrivée. Bref je ne le conseille pas

Nous n'avons pas aimé le West Amman hotel : bruyant ( mariages dans l'établissement avec musique qui s'entend depuis les chambres + on vous donne des chambres communicantes sans être en famille , ce qui fait que vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté + bruit des poubelles à 5h du matin , après 2 nuits blanches nous avons demandé à changer de chambre , et ça n'a pas été sans mal ... ) , problème d' entretien , beaucoup de choses à rénover + peu de fruits aux petits déjeuners ou dîner . Bref , nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet établissement .
