Amazing hotel! Excellent service (cleaned several times a day), thoughtful details, luxury and style. Porcelain cups, perfect beds and linens, beautiful bathroom. Absolutely worth the price. I'll go back there again.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

The Eid Brunch was amazing! The open buffet was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Rachel and Mohannad for taking excellent care of us. They made us feel at home from the minute we walked through the door. Great food and an even better service!

We went for brunch at olea. The food was excellent with a wide variety including western and Asian cuisine with different live stations. Service was really good as well. Especially our server Shena who took care of our table was exceptional . An experience that will definitely be remembered and repeated. A special thank you to Khadijah.
