Amazing hotel! Excellent service (cleaned several times a day), thoughtful details, luxury and style. Porcelain cups, perfect beds and linens, beautiful bathroom. Absolutely worth the price. I'll go back there again.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

The FS Amman team was absolutely incredible. From I stepped foot on property I felt at home and welcomed. The experiences booked through the concierge were also amazing. The Private Chef’s Table experience was very unique getting to sit in the kitchen and watch the chef artfully prepare each meal. The team at FS Amman were also very knowledgeable about my itinerary, which all was housed in the Four Seasons app. Once I got back from my Petra tour, I was by a Petra sculpture made out of chocolate. Overall the experience was truly the best, the service, integration of culture and the attention to detail.

Ambiance de l hôtel fidèle à four seasons. Chambre fonctionnelle et propre avec une belle vue sur la ville même si les fenêtres méritaient un bon nettoyage tellement elles étaient sales . Très bonne restauration avec un bon service. Petite piscine extérieure malheureusement non chauffée, piscine intérieure. Hotel très sécurisé .

Khadijah was exceptional and so was the rest of the staff. I truly enjoyed the experience and the food was wholesome and fresh and the atmosphere was inviting. I am very grateful to all the staff for the amazing service and care. *Room was very clean, thanks to Rahma!* Food was more than excellent. I've tried every restaurants available in the hotel, which offer local/int'l fine dining: service, freshness and taste was immaculate in all of them. *Special thanks to Khalid from the Mezzeh, a poolside joint perfect for an evening shisha and a late bite.* I was on the premise for a work-related activity, conference rooms are large and well equipped (IT). They offer a very comfortable shuttle service (30 minutes from the airport) and they have free wifi in the vehicle. They also have a strong but discreet security protocol. I strongly recommend this venue. Thank you Four Seasons Amman.
