Amazing hotel! Excellent service (cleaned several times a day), thoughtful details, luxury and style. Porcelain cups, perfect beds and linens, beautiful bathroom. Absolutely worth the price. I'll go back there again.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

Couldn’t be bettered. I was only two days in the hotel but everything was superb. Apart from excellent facilities the warmth of the hospitality was genuine unlike the fake smiles often encountered in other establishments. The food was first class, I had one meal in the grill and two restaurants all of which were thoroughly enjoyable. The food and beverage manager and Olea( breakfast restaurant) managers were efficient and very welcoming. Special mention must also be made of the two Filipino servers in Olea,Shienna and Rechell who looked after my very well and always welcomed me with a charming smile. Well done to everyone.

I was very impressed by a gentlemen by the name of Ahmad Dandis at the four seasons. He was extraordinary in his service and attitude. Made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful. This shows me that the four season’s management is on point. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We had an amazing experience at the foyer lounge. The food was really delicious. Their signature mocktail with ginger and hibiscus was so refreshing.. the best part is Osama who is very helpful, professional, and nice. The prices are reasonable and we will come back! The staff is wonderfully friendly, the rooms were perfect for a family with 2 kids (connected rooms), the swimming pool is perfect. The food at breakfast and throughout the day was delicious. Check in and check out was painless. Thank you for everything.
