Amazing hotel! Excellent service (cleaned several times a day), thoughtful details, luxury and style. Porcelain cups, perfect beds and linens, beautiful bathroom. Absolutely worth the price. I'll go back there again.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

This is most hospitable place when you travel your journey to Middle East. Arabs are the most generous and hospitable hosts. There generosity is seen in rich warm culture and first word I learnt “Marhaba” when I came for my breakfast by Manager Emad. He treats all the customers and staff as his family. Food is amazing with wide variety of Middle Eastern flavor. Breakfast is served with fresh squeezed orange, carrot and grapefruit juice and warm Turkish coffee/ and wide variety of coffee selection. Manager Saad always comes to greet you every morning and tell us the places to travel in Jordan and food to eat. He is a great manager and a cultural guide. Food is very fresh and of very good quality, Four Seasons keeps it mark high by hiring one of a kind staff. Who are very hospitable and service your needs. Rechel our server for our two stays before and end of the trip to Jordan did not forget how we like our coffee. Attention to small details makes this place best place to stay and dine in Jordan. It has my 10 stars out of 5 Special thanks to Ziad for making our omelets perfect with fresh middle eastern bread. Also, I would like to thank the team: Shina, Khadija, Ahmad, Yazeed, Omar, Hasoon and Amer
