The staff at this hotel have a very good attitude and answer all questions enthusiastically and politely; but the key point is that the room facilities are old and the hygiene is not up to par. There is a smell of sewerage in the corridors and rooms, and the cleaning staff can mop one floor once. room and stairs, shocking! ! ! !
The hotel is located in a residential area. It is not very convenient to get in and out without a car. You can only take a taxi! The price is there, different people have different opinions! One night is okay

lovely location and friendly people in the hotel stay , would like to repeat the stay , we were a family stay and my collegues have enjoyed their stay as well , we like Amman city and want to visit more of jordan

Hôtel très sale, je dirais même insalubre. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits car loger par une agence de voyage. Des mouchoirs et chaussettes sales sous les lits. Des cheveux en pagaille sur la moquette ( jamais d’aspirateur) d’ailleurs nous n’avons jamais croisé de personnel de ménage dans ce lieu. Le matériel est très abîmé et bien souvent cassé. Le tartre et les champignons règne dans les salle de bain. Les fenêtres coulissantes de notre chambre ne fermaient pas complètement. Nous avons lancer une procédure de dédommagement auprès de l’agence de voyage.

Friendly staff, location is not too bad but the quality of room and breakfast is mediocre. Rooms need modernisation. Breakfast was stale and we had to put up with the same stuff every single day during our 7 day stay !

Wierd night staff with bad attitude so far from hospitality not sure what hiring procedure they follow ......the toilet leaking from underneath, electricity off sometime.an excuse to get to Ur room and ask to spray some of Ur aftershave..so wierd
