The location is good, the hotel room is quite big and the hygiene is good. When checking in, they saw that I was with the elderly and children, and there were still two or three hours before the check-in time, but they still gave us priority to check in early. During the period, there were some problems with the toilet, and the staff also came to deal with it quickly.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, there were a few significant issues that made my stay unpleasant.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was to escape the noise at Radisson Blu. However, even on the 14th floor, I encountered noise disturbances—the noise occurred about every hour until 6 or 7 am. This left me feeling exhausted, unable to get a good night’s sleep.
When I sought some relief through a late checkout, my experience with the front desk was frustrating. Despite calling four times from my room with no answer, I went downstairs to speak with the staff directly. Unfortunately, the girl at the desk seemed indifferent to my situation. Without even inquiring about my room number, she declined my request, citing full availability. Yet, I observed other guests receiving late checkouts, which added to my frustration.
The lack of consideration for Hilton Silver and Gold members and inconsistencies in service made my stay less than satisfactory. Due to these issues, I’m left with no choice but to give a 1-star rating.

This was my first night in Amman. It was midnight when we arrived. I chose a moderately priced hotel. It turned out that for the price of more than 1,200, it was really hard to stay in a good hotel. Hilton is more of a high-end business hotel. But the room was very small, 28 square meters, a bit crowded. The toilet was blocked when the door was opened in the bathroom. And the security check was super strict. It was fine to check at the entrance. They took out my adapter and computer charging cable and said they would check them. Because it was midnight, I called them and told them not to send it back. We were going to sleep. But they didn’t send my things back. I just fell asleep and they knocked on my door and gave me a card to collect my things, saying that I should come to exchange them tomorrow morning! I was speechless. I stayed for one night and decided to change.

The hotel is little bit old and the AC is not working well even when I asked for maintenance check they told me that this is the best it can get so I would not recommend it as u could not have a good sleep while the room was too warm for me
