Unfortunately, there was a nasty surprise upon arrival at the hotel – the reservation was there, but the advance payment hadn't been received 😳
Ultimately, our only option was to pay the full price again, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten a bed 🤨
Now I have to laboriously try to get my double payment back. So far, I've only been put off – that's no good start to a vacation... 😤
I can only hope this is an unfortunate isolated incident and not a method of double-charging 🙈

We have now stayed at the B&B in Montagis for 3 years during our travels to and from Malaga. Fantastic service, clean rooms, and an absolutely amazing staff who are helpful in every possible way. We’ll be back.

Réservé seulement pour une nuit, nous y avons passé un bon moment. Le système de code pour accéder au parking et à la chambre est très pratique pour les arrivées tardives. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, efficace, avec un peu de salé, du sucré, et les produits sont bons. Le seul personnel que nous avons vu est celui qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner, cette personne était très aimable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Een hotel zonder fratsen geheel geautomatiseerde check-in doet onpersoonlijk aan maar is niet onprettig. Je ontvangen digitaal een kamernummer en een inlogcode voor het slot van je kamer. De kamer en de badkamer zijn functioneel, super schoon en praktisch. De bedden slapen heerlijk. Eten kun je er niet dus dat moet je buiten de deur doen maar binnen een paar kilometer is er wel wat te vinden. De auto staat op een afgesloten en bewaakt parkeerterrein. Wat ook prettig is want dan hoef je niet al je bagage eruit te halen. Het ontbijt is voldoende maar verwacht er niet teveel van.

BB hôtel Amilly Très bonne accueil, les chambres très propres et très silencieuses,on était a côté de l'ascenseur et aucun de problème silencieux et le service du matin accueillante et souriante nous recommandons fortement .et souhaitons revenir très rapidement.
