Stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Hotel location & check in process was the only thing good. First night we checked in noticed a family of 15-20 people in their common area by the lobby. Thought it was possibly due to a party -they had alcohol and kids running around this common space. Every day/night we came/left this hotel, these same guests were in the common area using it as their own, blankets spread out , kids kicking soccer balls, etc. We avoided the free breakfast every morning if our stay because of these guests. Why was this even allowed by the hotel? We had the 2 bedroom suite which needed a renovation. Paint chipping every where. Bathrooms had dirty wall stains. No amenities except for extra toilet paper and tissue box were in the bathrooms. The parking lot (it snowed the first night) was not plowed until the afternoon. Parking lot was icy and dangerous to walk to the nearby restaurants. For the high nightly rate-you don’t get much for what you pay. Find a different hotel to stay in and avoid this hotel.

Overall an excellent stay. We were 2 adult friends and a child, and stayed in a 2 Double Beds 1 Bedroom Suite. Each adult had a bed, the child got the pull out couch. Excellent room layout and space. Much better value than a typical hotel room. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room. The breakfast was far more extensive than most hotel chains - waffle with toppings, breads with cheese choices and spreads, 2 types of eggs plus hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal with toppings, dry cereal, breakfast meats and veggie sausage and potatoes. Juice, soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The hotel has a den/lounge, laundry room, pool, and nice outdoor patio space. Cookies and bottles of water included at the front desk. Minor complaints - There was some confusion when asking to have dirty towels removed from the room or when asking for fresh ones, but it got resolved. The pull out couch was DIRTY inside - candy wrappers and crumbs. And it was very very uncomfortable. Tolerable for a child; would have been nearly unbearable for an adult. The room could use some updating - some dings and stains from general wear and tear. Could use some more dishes in the kitchen - the room states it can hold 6 people but there weren't even 4 of all standard kitchen items. Would absolutely stay again, and seek out Staybridge Suites in other cities!

We booked three rooms in this hotel less than a week before our stay. The VRBO reservation we made in Allentown months ago was cancelled by the host at the last minute. It was a Bills home game weekend, and hotels closer to downtown and Orchard Park were either sold out or extremely expensive. We've stayed at several Staybridge Hotels in the past. This one needs a little refurbishing and the water pressure in the shower (room 103) was not good. The door from our suite's bedroom to the living room had holes where the knobs used to be. However, rooms are being renovated in a phased approach. We passed a room where work was being done during our stay. Only one employee was working to restock and clean up breakfast on Sunday. That employee--Ahmed Ali--worked the front desk all 3 days of our stay (two nights), working VERY hard on Sunday morning to clean up breakfast (by himself) while simultaneously monitoring the front desk. Fortunately, more employees were available to clean and restock the breakfast area on Monday. Ahmed Ali is an excellent, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable employee. His work ethic and customer service are OUTSTANDING!

This hotel is always clean and the staff are very helpful, especially Marz, who is very kind and solution-oriented. The rooms, however, can use some updating. My curtain was hanging and partly broken, and various scratch marks on the baseboards that needed to be painted.

We have just spent the most wonderful 9 nights at Staybridge. We cannot fault anything about the superb hospitality shown by all staff especially the amazing Linda.
You made our time in Buffalo so memorable and we thank you so much. The rooms are so clean as is the whole hotel and the breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. Thank you Staybridge

Hotel location was great, however our room had a very foul odor. We were there just for the night, but didn’t enjoy the experience at all.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. They made a hotel feel like home! The meals weee delicious and filling. The rooms were clean and I was surprised to find that there was daily maid service. My only complaint is about the pool. It needs serviced. It smelled of algae and indeed had algae in it in areas.
