The room is small and the facilities are a bit old. However, the location is relatively quiet and it is a very cost-effective place. The breakfast is average.

It was the peak tourist season, and I had something to do at the University of Buffalo so I chose this hotel. It was not bad, very suitable for a vacation. However, the breakfast of all hotels in the United States is really not good.

Everyone is very friendly, it's very atmospheric on St. Patrick's Day, the breakfast is better than nothing, the facilities are complete, and it's a very suitable place to live.

Pictures are very deceiving,,.. the rooms are very small, and the hotel is not updated. The beds super uncomfortable. We left after one night. The only positive is the staff are professional, friendly & helpful.

I had 7 hotels booked on a 15 day vacation which had to be cancelled in May. I thought I’d cancelled this place. I never received a text or email reminding me of my reservation. I’m a Choice gold member and I have always gotten texts and emails. I’m upset that I was charged as a no show with zero communication!

Hotel was clean and quiet . Adequate breakfast for the price. Only downfall was double beds were small for sleeping two wish they had Queen's.
