Avoid this place- RUDE OWNER. Rooms are WAY overpriced for what you get. HVAC not working in common areas- very hot and muggy. Ice only available from front desk. Front desk attendant not always there necessitating a phone call and wait for them to show up. We checked in about 930pm, prepaid room, our room AC was NOT on and it took 2 hours for our room to get comfortable temperature. As noted in other reviews= the room also had a dehumidifier in it and the entire place felt very humid. We had 3 people in our room, only provided with 2 bath towels 2 wash clothes and I had to argue with the owner to obtain extra towels/wash clothes. Breakfast (very limited) ended at 9am on a weekend day- way to soon, and, I learned that the coffee went away at 9am also. Our in room fridge had someones leftover milk container in it. This facility is old and shows signs of extreme use, it needs some love and investment, and the management needs a huge dose of customer service training.

The front desk was more than accommodating for our group for a birthday party. Very nice and understanding. Both of our rooms were just remodeled and the pool/hot tub were clean.

The hotel is under construction June 2025, so we tried to be okay with it. However, our room had a bad smell to it. The front desk guy came in and sprayed but that did not help. Television had about 13 channels and you could not connect to any streaming devices. It was overall not a good stay but they are trying to improve the hotel. The staff were very nice and trying to do their best.

😞 disappointed. Our expectations were not met. General cleanliness and upkeep of this place need attention. Free breakfast selections could be better with healthier options in mind. The front desk and crew are friendly and helpful but obviously lack proper training and professionalism.

Very affordable and clean. My room was quiet (no hallway noise in the morning) and clean. The TV was a little funky to use as the guide didn’t seem to work, but not a biggie. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Will def stay here again.

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this hotel traveling as snowbirds. The hotel rooms have been remodeled since last November. The owner is very kind and takes pride in his hotel. Pet friendly as well. The breakfast has what you need, cold or hot. We will be back, again in the fall.
