Partendo dall'accoglienza,pessima direi. Già che ci hanno chiesto il pagamento ancora prima di salire nelle camere mi aveva insospettito, dopo ho avuto conferma. Camera piccolissima,apro la porta e già ero sul letto, aria condizionata inattiva, c'erano già 30°, luci inesistenti,piscina inagibile, colazione da 1 stella ,insomma per aver speso 120€ a notte non ne valeva nemmeno la metà.

Ogni volta che vengo da livorno vengo sempre a mangiare l'ottimo fritto di pesce che fanno con grande maestria..ottima e questa sera anche ultra abbondante..la responsabile di sala è veramente professionale solare e sopratutto con una memoria di ferro..si ricordava cosa voleva mia moglie di solito con il fritto(verdure grigliate abbondanti e ottime)avevo organizzato un grande evento da loro e da lì sono sempre tornato..consiglio qualità prezzo ottima cortesia e accoglienza eccezionale..consiglio hai proprietari di tenersi stretti la caposala..ps focaccia servita calda appena fatta al tavolo ottima dimostra la professionalità del pizzaiolo napoletano doc..consiglio vivamente

Nonostante l'hotel sia in fase di rinnovo offre un servizio top, anche i pranzi di lavoro. Per un po' di relax c'è la piscina molto grande con giardino e area ristoro al fresco. In zona non ci sono hotel del genere. Grande, accogliente e professionale. Consigliatissimo sia per lavoro che per famiglia/vacanza o coppia

La nostra esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva. Tutto il personale è sempre stato molto cortese ed efficiente. Ottima la colazione e le varie proposte del ristorante; inoltre i titolari e il personale di cucina sono stati molto attenti e scrupolosi anche a soddisfare le particolari problematiche di alimentazione. Camera sempre ben pulita come anche le varie zone dell'hotel. E' stata un'esperienza che ripeteremo.

Per lavoro mi sono recato in questo albergo ..... non so chi gli abbia dato le 3 stelle ma sicuramente non le merita! Struttura fatiscente, disorganizzazione totale, letti a castello in alcune stanze da brivido e cibo disgustoso. Peccato perchè la zona è stupenda, la riviera del levante merita di più.... ragazzi dovete rivedere un pò il vostro modo di lavorare e di accoglienza dei clienti, non è Agosto tutto l'anno!

Unfortunately this hotel fell far short of my expectations. First off it is located in the middle of nowhere, it was 1.5km/1 mile approx to the nearest shop even. In the pictures you see a lovely pool and terrace but the pool had no water in it. Both the bedrooms and common areas were extremely dated, it hadn’t got much more than a few coats of paint since the 1970s. The beds were as hard as boards, it was almost like sleeping on concrete. However the AC was quite effective. Entry to your room was by a key on one of those long book markers in decades past and ther was only one per room which is an issue with a group. I do want to add a few positive things, the staff were pleasant although they hadn’t much English and the rooms were serviced daily was a nice touch. But unfortunately there were too many things wrong to recommend

Camera pulita e silenziosa, nonostante nella serata ci sia stata una festa di battesimo, nessun problema, colazione inclusa. Cena ottima nel ristorante a base di pesce con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, da ritornarci sicuramente!
