I recently attended a wedding and spent a week at Captain Morgan's. The wedding was terrific as was my experience at the resort. Greg and Joel could not have been nicer and more accommodating for our group. The food was great at Morgan'[s table as well. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Belize

We stayed as part of a wedding party. They went above and beyond and made a special day even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Joel and Gregg treated us like family. I couldn’t have had a better time if I wanted. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. The resort is perfectly located just outside of the hustle and bustle for some peace and quiet but just a short cart ride to wherever you need to go. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to come to Belize.

We just returned from a week long stay at Captain Morgan's. This is our 5th stay and have always had a great time. Since Greg has taken over the restaurant, Morgan's Table is fabulous! We have never been impressed with the restaurant in the past. This time we ate there more than anywhere else. The best food we had all week, and that is saying a lot because we had amazing food. The seafood here was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Check this place out. Greg, Ethel, and Joel will take great care of you. You will not be disappointed.

Greg and Joel at Captains Table are two of the nicest and most helpful guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, it was a real treat having locals who are so happy to chat with you, and the service is without a doubt top notch. Will recommend to all my friends

Hosted our wedding here and the crew at Morgan’s Table was very helpful every step of the way! Greg, Ethel and Joel made sure that everyone in our group of 32 people had a good time! We will definitely be back :) Thank you guys for making our day so special!

If you haven't been to morgans table at captain morgans you need to do it. Greg and Joel and Ethel helped us celebrate our son's wedding with 32 guests from all over the United States. The setting was beautiful and the entire ceremony went off without a hitch. The food and drinks were absolutely fabulous. A great time was had by all. Please support these great people at a great resort!

The employees here are so friendly and wonderful. The restaurant has a great menu and all our food was delicious. The ladies at the spa message area were the greatest. Kudos to Gaby. Greg and Ethel, and Joel were very helpful and wonderful. Ethel played my type of Country Music. I wanted to get out there and two-step.

UGGHHHHH---
We had dinner at the restaurant our first night and I know people that own condos here and I know the owner-however the Chef/Waiter at the restaurant CHARGED US DOUBLE for what should have been ONE SEAFODD PLATTER-there was not enough food for 2 people--we had 2 small lobster tail, one scoop of rice, one serving of vegetable and 8 SHRIMP. I live in Belmopan and this should have been $75 BZD not the $150 BZD were charged and I complained to the owner who said she would take care of it--however went to go check out today and NOPE THE CHARGES WERE ON OUR BILL ---honestly this kind of customer service that is not okay for anyone, especially for Belizean locals!! The picture is what I was charged $150 BZD--not worth it!!

Quiet But Basic Accomodations
The location is probably 4 miles from the town of San Pedro. The cabanas was nice and our location was right on the beach. You must rent a golf cart for your entire stay - to get to restaurants groceries, etc.
They was a restaurant on site but the the service is miserably slow and attention to detail is nonexistent. If you like quiet accommodations and far from San Pedro this is your place. Not sure if the swimming pool is fit to swim but during our 5-day stay we only saw one guy swimming there. The room was clean but I would classify it as basic accommodations.
