Hubby and I stayed at the X'tan Ha in San Pedro. Very comfortable stay. JoEll and the staff were very accommodating. There was one restaurant onsite. Alex was the best. Great location to see the sunrise. This time of year, the sargassum is out of control. Because the location is so far from downtown San Pedro, be comfortable driving a golf cart on some unpaved roads, as taxi service was expensive. Would definitely visit again.

Staff are efficient and kind. Very clean. Villa had everything we needed kitchen wise. Massages on the beach, cleanliness of resort grounds was superb. Villas offered the privacy we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa, great views, staff was above and beyond, housekeeper was amazing. Location was nice. They have free kayaks and snorkel gear was only $10usd for the day! It was so enjoyable sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise and those amazing frigate birds soaring around.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The tours and excursions were far beyond any expectations. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everything you need is on the resort to have a worry free relaxing stay.

The staff at this resort are really wonderful! The hotel is very cute and my children enjoyed the pools and chessboard. Be aware that you will need a golf cart to get around so perhaps plan to rent one for the week because we found that our trips added up. This is no fault of the hotel, just something to keep in mind. The bar and restaurant on the property were good! My boyfriend really enjoyed his lobster!

I just returned from my first visit to Belize. Happened across this place by browsing and reading other reviews. We are very happy we found and chose this place for our stay. X"Tan Ha is a bit further north of San Pedro, located in Ambergris Caye. You will need to rent a golf cart. The trip into San Pedr is about 30 minutes but it really is an enjoyable ride. The roads are not paved all the way, bit you learn quickly where the bad bumps are. The staff was young, energetic and eager to answer all and any questions. They are truly a testament to the youth of the country. Our room was really nice, Seaview with balcony. The hammock was my favorite item! You have choices of good food in the area to choose from if you don't want to venture into town. You can book your tours directly with the staff (we did two snorkeling tours) and they picked us up from the dock and dropped us back off. The restaurant/bar is convenient and offers a nice portion. Our room was cleaned every two days and it was well done. The place is quiet and peaceful, absolutely soundproof for great sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and excellent pillows, which is always important to me. The two pools were always clean and clear. Groundskeeper do a great job. If you want rowdy and noisy, you should stay in San Pedro. If quiet and peaceful is your thing, consider X"Tan Ha. The views from the Seaview balcony are magnificent

The place is amazing and the room service was also amazing. The only thing I wished we'd have know about was the seagrass that blows in form June to September or so. However, that is beyond any of the resorts control. This was our first time to Belize and because these guys were so amazing and helpful with answering all of our questions as well as assisting in booking excursions I'm sure that we'll be returning.

We just had the best time at this Resort!! The staff were fabulous and so helpful with whatever we needed! They really catered all of us! We had a group of 22 and they took great care of us! Especially our friendly bartender Alex!! Our room was wonderful and sooo clean! Thanks for a great stay!!
