Un servicio de lo último, acabe de ingresar al hotel ni si quiera estuve más de 10 minutos y me dieron la llave incorrecta. De la manera más respetuosa regrese al lobby para pedir mi habitación correcta. La gerente del establecimiento de dirigió a nosotros con una pésima actitud diciendo que era nuestro error ingresar a la habitación incorrecta y que por nuestra culpa tienen que limpiar la habitación. Hubiese sido bueno que simplemente nos dejen en la habitación incorrecta pero sin ser irrespetuosa

El hotel cuenta con aparcamiento privado (aunque no vigilado). Nos tocaron habitaciones en el 2° piso, sin ascensor. Para aquellos que viajen con maletas grandes y pesadas, eso es un punto en contra. La habitación estuvo bien. El colchón cómodo. El baño demasiado pequeño. No cabe una persona para poder hacer las necesidades que cualquiera sabe que se hace en esos lugares. El desayuno incluido parecía algo escueto en cantidad, aunque el servicio fue excelente.

No se si era Hotel o Discoteque?… Que falta de respeto para quienes estamos hospedados e inventábamos descansar, convirtieron por un evento en discoteque el hotel… y por supuesto que no se nos informó nada ni al reservar ni al hacer el checking… Recomendado solo Iara quien quiera una noche de desvelo….

Veo los comentarios de años pasados y me doy cuenta que la administración de este bonito hotel no los toma en cuenta. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación 112 que me asignaron es una cajita de fósforos un poco descuidada. Lo realmente nefasto es el personal, el conserje que se queda las noches lastimosamente no tiene idea de nada, necesité utilizar la caja fuerte de la habitación y el señor no pudo darme el servicio (algo tan simple). El otro conseje que atiende el desayuno a duras penas puede saludar entre dientes. Por el precio que se paga 44,00 usd en mi caso, uno espera por lo.menos un trato cordial. El hotel es viejo y sucio, el piso, las puertas, las paredes, el baño, todo es feo y nos cobraron un adicional a la tarifa pagada en la aplicación de hoteles.com, que pena que pongan fotos que no corresponden al estado real del hotel, la alfombra manchada da el toque que le faltaba de decepción
