Very spacey, clean and comfy rooms. Staff was very friendly, especially Serkan at the restaurant (breakfast time) and Mert at the reception. They have been very helpful the whole time we stayed. The hotel, compared to most hotels, is slightly outside of the city center but nicely located by the Yesilirmak river with great mountain and waterfall view. We definitely recommend this lovely authentic hotel

Kurban Bayramı için ailemle 3 gece kaldığımız otelden cok memnun kaldım,özellikle konumu icin tercih etmistim ,tam merkezde sayilir .Çalisanlar resepsiyonda,restorantta hepsi sanki özenle seçilmiş Cok ilgili ve kibar insanlardi.Odalar ***et temiz ve çok şık.Sauna hamam ,havuz ve spor salonu ile ilgilenen bayanda cok titiz ve ilgiliydi.Bu yüzdende çok temizdi her yer. Özet olarak Yildizi 3 ama hizmeti 5 olan bir otel.Bir dahaki gelişimde kesinlikle gene bu oteli tercih edcegim.

SarıKonak Amasya'nın en iyi oteli bence. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü insanlar. Vale hizmetinden bellboy hizmetine, akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı hizmetine kadar dolu dolu bir hizmet anlayışı var.özellikle sabah kahvaltısında sunulan seçenekler süper, ne isterseniz usta ellerde yapılıp geliyor.servis yapan arkadaşlar anında herşeye cevap verebiliyor.herşey için çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Gönül rahatlıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Geçen hafta, Ankara'dan memleketim olan Amasya'ya gezi amaçlı geldim. Geçenki gelişimde bu mekanda ailemle birlikte kahvaltı yapmıştım.çok memnun kalmıştım.Restorant şefi Serkan abi'ye Tekrar geleceğimi de söylemiştim.Kahvaltı,hizmet kalitesi,yine on numaraydı. Serkan abi'nin samimiyeti ilgi alakası yine bizi mest etti. Serkan abi sen bu işi gerçekten iyi yapıyorsun. Sana söz yine geleceğim..Herşey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Otel yeşilırmak kenarında çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip.Oteldeki herşey çok özenli ve kaliteli.Resepsiyondaki Büşra hn restaurantta kahvaltı servisindeki garson arkadaşlar hepsi çok iyilerdi teşekkür ederim.Otelden çıkınca ırmak kenarından şehir merkezine kadar yürüyerek keyfili zaman geçirebilirsiniz.
