My husband, our four kids, and I stayed here a few days ago and my daughter left $100 worth of meaningful jewelry we had gotten on our travels in the drawer by the bed. I called the next three days in a row asking if they found them. I got hung up on multiple times and talked to three different very unhelpful front desk workers who wouldn’t investigate at all or take my name/number/room number. I had to call the jewelry shop to reorder the items today. No one wants to stay somewhere with no integrity where their things are handled so negligently. I might as well have been robbed.

The room was nice but the when you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a screeching owl. The ceiling also made a strange noise and we couldn’t use it. But, the man at the front desk when we checked was wonderful. He could train people to be as good as he was.
