Excellent customer service. To me; that’s everything. And they were fast. I can’t thank them enough for helping my family last minute and through a customer service agent on the phone for me!

I stay in Courtyards frequently and this was an awesome surprise. Taking a super historic building and preserving it! Yay! The staff here is takes great pride in the property and their jobs. I love that! Kudos to all of the staff and management. I would definitely stay here again. One big issue with me was the lack of a microwave in my room, yet there was a refrigerator. Also, there is no pool.

This is a nice downtown Marriott Courtyard. I've stayed here many times on business and to visit my daughter in Vet School at Texas Tech. However, I was recently overcharged for one of my three rooms and for the parking garage which I did not park in. After three weeks and my four emails to the Asst. GM, Joshua, I have not been reimbursed. Each email was responded to with an apology and a promise to correct the situation. BUT NOTHING!!! I am a Titanium Elite member, but obviously this management team couldn't care less about it loyal customers.
