Mi sono trovata benissimo nel festeggiare la fine dell'anno in questa struttura, camerieri gentilissimi professionali con quel sorriso che ti fanno sentire subito a proprio agio.....il cibo e stato buono sia il cenone che il pranzo del primo dell'anno......pulizie camere ottima.....e non manca proprio nulla c'è anche un kit di ago e filo per le emergenze 😊....... soggiorno piacevolissimo!

purtroppo non ho trovato la qualità di un tempo ne l ambiente sereno di anni fa. cibo sufficiente, sempre lo stessa musica, personale svogliato accoglienza inesistente. Mi dispiace davvero dover scrivere questa recensione ma spero vi inciti a fare meglio o a rivedere la gestione, qualcosa non fila come prima

Fantastico
È già la seconda volta che soggiorno con la famiglia in questa struttura: fantastica !!! Personale disponibilissimo, stanze comode e pulite, ottima la piscina e un piccolo parco giochi per impegnare i bambini, colazione normale.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per un matrimonio e poi vi abbiamo soggiornato. Nulla da dire sulla location e assolutamente nulla da dire sulla qualità del mangiare servito (per non parlare della quantità). Hotel e camere in stile classico ed elegante molto fornite. Quattro stelle solo per il personale poco sorridente e perché in camera c’era un leggero strano odore che usciva dal gabinetto. Inoltre al mattino le donne delle pulizie alle 9.30 vengono a bussare alla camera per pulirla (nonostante in check-out fosse fissato tra le 10 e le 10.30.

Siamo il gruppo di romani che hanno soggiornato da voi l'ultima settimana di agosto. Possiamo dire che l'albergo ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste; cibo ottimo servizio ottimo precisione e pulizia, personale gentile. Unica pecca, una cosa che ci è manca è il cappuccino la mattina, purtoppo le macchine non funzionavano bene. Sicuramente consigliato.

Struttura molto bella e confortevole, ma il servizio alla reception è pessimo: Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking un soggiorno di quattro giorni in mezza pensione, perché volevamo per cena andare in giro per ristoranti del posto. Ma alla mia richiesta alla reception mi è stata imposta la colazione e cena. Ovviamente non ho replicato, anche perché sembrava che li stessi mettendo le mani in tasca…. Però il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa domanda al metre di sala che molto cortese mi ha detto che era possibile (e che normalmente lo fanno)bastava comunicare in reception. A quel punto ho lasciato stare per non fare questioni. Sta di fatto che a pranzo dovevamo cercare dove andare a mangiare sotto un sole cocente. A parte questo non piccolo inconveniente, il posto è molto bello e il personale e l’animazione sono tutti bravi. Attenzione solo quando siete dinanzi la reception, sono di un arroganza disarmante …che sembra di stare davanti al banco degli imputati ( manco me l’avessero regalato il soggiorno).
