It's probably convenient because it's located in the downtown area of ​​Amami, but I didn't have any plans to go out much at night, so I ended up driving around the hotel quite a bit until I got to the hotel parking lot in my rental car. The room was small, but since I was using it alone, it was convenient to have access to everything. There is also a large public bath on the 9th floor, so use that. For the time being, the room also has a unit bath. I was also able to watch NHK BS, which is rare on TV. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

I used it on a 2 night 3 day tour of Amami Oshima. I was contacted by the travel agency in advance, but even if there were 2 people participating, I would be given a single room. The hotel has a main building and an annex, and I think most of the rooms in the annex are single rooms in the front. In the case of a single room, the view from the room is not good. The front side of the main building is somewhat open, so you might be able to see the ocean, but since it's a hotel in town, I don't think you should expect a view. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there was no room cleaning or bed making even after two nights. When I put out the towels, loungewear, and trash can in front of the room the next morning, new ones were hung on the doorknob. The only amenity in the room is a toothbrush, and other necessary items are located in the lobby on the first floor. The bathroom in the room is a unit type toilet area, and the bathtub is small. There is also a large public bath on the 9th floor of the main building, but since there is only one place, it changes daily, so some men bathe first and some women bathe first. This was a bit inconvenient, as I arrived at the hotel in the evening of the first day, went out to eat without using the public bath, and when I returned around 9pm, it was women's time, so I could only take a bath in my room. did. By the way, you cannot use the public bath in the morning. I wrote that it is a large public bath, but the space and bathtub is so small that it would get cramped if 10 people used it at the same time. There was also a sauna. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the main building, where we had breakfast. The only things typical of Amami were mozuku, fish miso, and chicken rice, but there were many other dishes and they were well stocked, so it was delicious. The coffee vendor was good and the coffee was delicious. It was convenient to go out to eat as it faces Yanigawa Street, the busiest street in Amami Oshima. Tours that don't include dinner are quite cheap, so I think it's a good idea to choose one where you can eat locally produced food at your leisure. The hotel restaurant was open day and night. There is a local convenience store called 123 a 1 minute walk away, and a short walk towards the port there is a Family Mart. There is a green store about 3 minutes away, and it seems to be open 24 hours. There is also Daiso on the second floor.
