It's about a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station. It's close to Umeda, and you can go to Namba without changing trains, so it's convenient.
The staff were nice and gave us detailed explanations, such as touching the card when entering the elevator and where the amenities are.
It may be a small thing, but I think it's important to explain things in detail, as some people may complain later that they weren't explained.
The hotel is also well-cleaned and clean. On the other hand, I don't think there was anything missing in the room.
If I had to say something, it might be that the breakfast was a little disappointing. Even with the plates on the tray, there was only food to choose from...
But it said that breakfast was complimentary (sorry if I read it wrong), so I guess it can't be helped.
It was also disappointing that we couldn't use the large public bath due to time constraints.
In conclusion, I would definitely like to use it again next time. I recommend it.

The hotel has a parking lot, but if it is full, there are other parking lots nearby so you can go by car, which was a relief. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and I was able to relax.
