Our cleaning team, handyman and our house manager take care of trash and repairs, and deal with any issue that may arise. They will be available to you if you need anything, but will stay out of your way otherwise. The entire house and pool area (excluding the garage) is all yours and you can enjoy it as you please. However, you will be notified if they ever need to go inside to fix something.
