As soon as we entered the restuarant, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a very nice smile from Ian, even though they were taking care of a lot of people, he didn't let us down in terms of giving service.Thank you again for the good service, we hope to see you again. It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. I booked this resort for the family for Dec 24-25,2023 . My plan is to spend our Noche Buena in this resort. I made the right choice. I got 3 rooms. I was amazed of the space! It’s spacious and clean. The AC is in perfect condition and super cold. The staff are all accommodating and efficient. Very friendly too! I love this resort bcoz it’s also pet friendly. Pur Noche Buena was a success too! The food’s good too. I highly recommend this resort for family get together, holidays, barkada get together, etc!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Their rooms are clean as well as the aminities. They also offer restaurant and cafe (Siglo Modern Filipino and Siglo Brew) which offers sumptuous meal and drinks. It's really a great experience.

Nice location, Nice view.. Sky Ranch and a Robinsons Supermarket is nearby but if you want to eat out in local restaurants there are also a lot nearby.

For the price we paid for, the quality of room and amenities was worth it. I was choosing 2 other hotels with, one was just beside their hotel and I'm glad I chose them since not only were they cheaper, I am happy with the quality of room provided, it was spacious, clean, comparable to the other expensive hotels we've tried. Just like other reviews, husband noticed that they should provide a full length mirror. This is considering I did not mention this particular feedback to him. Also, another room for improvement, is the breakfast buffet choices. I guess with the room rate, you get what you pay for.. but it can be improved. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower but maintenance was able to help fix it.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up. Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view. CONS are; 1. No wifi 2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data 3. Occasional brownout Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.
