Ich war gerne in Ihrem Haus zu Gast und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt! Haus, Unterkunft, Service, Frühstück entsprachen voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen. Gut war, dass ich mein Gepäck bereits am Vormittag des Ankunftstages bei der Rezeption abgeben konnte. (Ich war mit dem Zug unterwegs; mein erster Termin in Alzey fand bereits um 10 Uhr des Ankunftstages statt.)

Alles da was ich brauchte, Leselampe am Bett, extra Kissen, Keine kalten Füße im Bad, genügend Halter im Bad, große Dusche.Kühlschrank. Klasse Frühstück. War rundherum sehr zufrieden. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich habe spontan gebucht, da ich auf einer Fahrradtour von der Basel nach Düsseldorf unterwegs war. Ich hatte im vorausgehenden Hotel mein Ladekabel vergessen, aber die Rezeption konnte mir aushelfen. Sehr grosse Unterstützung. Das Hotel was sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sehr gut und die Gastfreundschaft gross. Empfehlen sind auch die Weine des Hauses.
