Belussi Beach Hotel & Suites

I arrived in Zhajin very late that day. When I booked, it showed that the hotel could help me call a taxi. I couldn't find the hotel phone number at that time, so I asked the customer service to help me contact the hotel, but the customer service said that they had contacted many times but to no avail. The hotel staff was very rude and hung up the phone without listening to the conversation. In short, there was no way to communicate successfully. Later, I called the hotel, and a man had a very bad tone. He said that a Chinese lady had just called me to call a taxi. Was it you? I said yes, and she asked if you could call one by one. This was already very speechless. During the communication, he interrupted me when I spoke, and I could only speak. It was very late when I arrived at the hotel. I washed my hair because I had been driving for a day, but! His hair dryer was broken, so I called the front desk, but his tone was still very bad and he said that it could only be tomorrow. I was a little angry because it was their responsibility to check the facilities in advance, and I didn't pay. I emphasized again that my hair was wet and I couldn't sleep. He repeated impatiently that it could only be tomorrow and hung up my phone before I could say anything. I have never encountered a hotel with such poor service. I was in a good mood to travel, but I was really vomited by this. Combined with the nationality mentioned above and the bad attitude, it is hard not to suspect discrimination. It feels like they are not a company but their own business. The service attitude is very self-centered and unprofessional. However, there is a female receptionist who is quite nice, as long as it is not this old man 😅. I am really impressed by this attitude when you give me money in the past. It is better not to make money from the Chinese.

Racket !! C’est du faux luxe (fragilité des robinets et jets de la douche). Les portes ne ferment pas. La rampe des marches n’étaient pas solide. L’air climatisé était très faible et la première nuit nous avons dû appeler la réception pour faire vérifier et finalement ils ont nettoyer les filtres le lendemain mais pendant une nuit nous avons eu très chaud! Le lit était très inconfortable et seulement avec un petit drap. La pression de la douche était très faible.
