阿拉善中轉選擇的酒店，住的很不舒服，理由如下：1、辦理入住時，請前台給兩張房卡，前台説卡不夠不能多給，現在可是淡季啊！卡就不夠？2、房間衹有兩瓶免費純凈水…前台答應請服務員再送二瓶，回房間時偶遇服務員，服務員也説一會兒送到，但直到我們退房，送的水的影子都沒看見，這服務，無敵了；3、房間地毯打掃的不是很乾凈，看的見一些陳年舊漬，這個酒店開業應該沒多少時間吧！難道因為我定的房間便宜，所以服務對應打個折扣？
酒店也是有優點的，餐飲真心不錯，晚餐選擇了在酒店餐廳用餐，菜量大，味道好，早餐也算中規中矩，但是蒙古奶茶和羊雜湯加分不少。
雖然退房時，酒店免了我6元錢的純凈水消費，但是我今後不會再選擇它了吧。

預訂的是星空下的浪漫·斜頂大床房，房間很漂亮，和圖片一樣，感覺很舒服。問題來了，訂的時候看到了説明是無窗，但看到圖片房間佈置也不錯，還有一個浪漫天窗，也看到評論説初到房間比較悶，開一會空調就好了，説以就訂了。到房間後，確實很悶很熱，於是就開了空調，温度也調低了，過了好一會，感覺越來越不舒服，一看顯示，温度更高了！於是打電話到前台，答覆是，現在中央空調是暖氣，沒有冷氣！那自然風也行呀，沒有！10月初的西北，夜晚很涼快了，但白天温度還是很高，日照也很強，房間經過白天裏面相當悶熱，因為沒有窗，温度根本下不來，如果有空調冷氣或者自然風，也沒問題，但是要命的是衹有暖氣！實在受不了，想要一個風扇湊合一晚的，也沒有，最後經過與前台協商，幫我們免費換了樓下一間有窗的房間，折騰了好久，也大大影響了休息。前台小姐態度還是非常好的，非常感謝，無奈房間設計設施考慮欠周到！如果是夏天中央空調放冷氣，或者冬天天氣很冷，都沒有問題。所以，如果你是秋天或者初夏入住，建議慎重考慮。
