Recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Good Food (Breakfast/Dinner). Good Swimming Pool. We had a happy family stay for 2 days at the Hotel. The location is nice before the Toll Plaza (hotel is before few KM from Toll Plaza). If you cross the Toll more than once, to save money take a different route to go to Bawari and Neemrana Fort, though the villages where you will have to opportunity to see old houses also.

Although Ramada is an international chain, yet it failed to deliver on multiple factors. First of all in our rooms, ac was not working properly. Inspite of repeated complaints, this issue was not solved.
The room was too small.
The housekeeping service was lazy. The swimming pool was too small. And the water was not temperature controlled.
The activity area was so isolated and dull.
Only good thing was the staff at the reception.

I was planning on extending my stay by another day, but I got a really bad food poisoning because of the food that was served ed in their dining restaurant. I have still not been able to recover from it. The front desk staff was not as amicable and helpful as the last time I visited. Do not plan on visiting this property again in the future.
